Jake was incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry and so patient with my sad attempt to explain the noise my furnace was making. He set up a service call right away, arrived on time, and took the time to explain the issue clearly without ever making me feel silly for not knowing anything about furnaces. There was no upselling, just honest and efficient work, and everything was taken care of faster than I could finish loading the dishwasher while I waited.
