Huge shout-out to Northern Air Heating and Cooling! If you’re looking to support a great local small business, I can’t recommend them enough. Jake was incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry and so patient with my sad attempt to explain the noise my furnace was making. He set up a service call right away, arrived on time, and took the time to explain the issue clearly without ever making me feel silly for not knowing anything about furnaces. There was no upselling, just honest and efficient work, and everything was taken care of faster than I could finish loading the dishwasher while I waited. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy HVAC service!

I can’t recommend Northern Air enough. We recently hired them to install an AC unit in our house and couldn’t be happier with how our service went. Jacob did an excellent job listening to our needs and made recommendations from his expertise. His communication throughout the process and professionalism stand him out from other HVAC companies I’ve dealt with.
